About Me

I’m a full time student, but I’ve recently come back from overseas and decided – it’s overhaul time. I’m still getting my feet back on the ground, and I’ve decided to do it right. Take some time to focus on myself and to start doing some of the things I’ve always wondered and talked about. Not the tricky stuff like being a rockstar, or being Prime Minister, but the little things that are just as important.
I want to write a blog as a part of this project, mainly for two reasons. I want to keep track of what I’m doing, and also as an incentive to keep doing it and do it right!

I’m looking for advice, suggestions and just interaction in general! I hope I can show you guys how easy it can be to make a big change, and inspire you to try it for yourself. Even a little. Just try. Try it.

By the way, it’s kinda late and I’ve been babysitting all day…apologies for the nonsense.

The format of this blog is based on a blog my Mum is doing, 365 photos of her garden, one a day. My blog’s going to be the same. Just…a little different. Mine is looking based on improvements. A year of trying, to improve or help someone or something every day. It can be myself, someone else, the environment or the world in general. This is probably a little ambitious, especially the time frame. But, at this stage, what have I got to lose? I’ve got my time, energy and opportunities to myself – how often can you say that? I feel like this is a first for me, and I’m gonna make the most of it.
I’d really appreciate any feedback you have, a lot of the things on my list to try are there because I’ve never tried them before. Which means I’ll be fumbling in the dark a lot. Any expertise you can bring to the table will be much appreciated! I guess what I want to say is, I’m writing this blog for you guys as much as myself.
So…let’s get started!

  1. Hi Sarah
Do you think you could add an RSS widget to your side bar so that I can subscribe to your blog using my Google reader rather than email.
